Network expertise

We design and run network estates where traffic, routing and availability stay under control. The network is often the shared layer for integrations and users: the same monitoring and alerting culture as on Services ties directly to routing and the edge here.

BGP and routing management

We help design and implement routing so it survives change: a new provider, a new prefix, a new edge site or growth into more regions. We also watch “quiet” risks: path surprises, filters, re-announcements and visibility in measurements , plus how routing choices affect application integrations (fixed sources, allow lists, service addresses).

Our public Looking Glass is at lg.pankkih.fi — use it to check routing and BGP visibility toward our network.

Edge and publishing services

At the edge, mistakes show up immediately. We build solutions where public services stay controlled: addresses, load balancing, certificates and monitoring alerts. The edge is also where API traffic often meets the internet: rate limits, WAF-style layers and audit-grade logging belong in the same story.

Measurement, monitoring and troubleshooting

A healthy network must be measurable: latency, loss, reachability, path changes and edge HTTP errors in the same view as application signals (see also Services: monitoring). Together we define what to watch first, what is diagnostic-only and how alerts escalate , so the network is not a separate “black box” but part of overall operations.

Operations and evolution

Networks keep moving. We turn operations into a routine where change is predictable: change lists, testing and rollback. We design the architecture to scale with the business: new integrations, sites or cloud attachments fit a controlled model without constant firefighting.
